No issues with set up and tracking is accurate!

First of all, I really like the phone app. Luckily I had to use the GPS tracker only once to find my dog and at first I couldnt get a signal then I was able to find her. Additionally customer support is great!

Keeps my kitty safe outside. Very accurate and excellent battery life. Also tough! Ive had it through snow and dirt and mud and it still works like a charm. There used to be a beeper function that seems to have gone missing, and I do wish there was a smaller model available, but otherwise the experience is great.

This is the best app/device ever for any cat lover with an indoor/ outdoor cat! I can locate my adventure seeking cat 24/7 with amazing accuracy! I got this for my cat after she had gotten stuck in my neighbors garage for 2 days. It gives me peace of mind to know I can locate her if needed. The app also lets you see where your cat has traveled in the past 24 hours ( which is very interesting). It has a pretty long battery life ( I charge mine every evening and it usually has about half life when when I plug it in). This app is well worth the $9.99 a month. I do wish it was a little smaller ( my cat is only 10 pounds), but it doesnt hinder her at all

This thing works so well! Its to the exact location, warns you when ur pet leaves the safe zone.. And returns. Love it! Wish I knew about it earlier!!!

Just so you know you have to buy a device to put on the dog. So dont get this game.

Works great on the iPod also have on my phone (different brand and not as great). Have to admit Ive used it a few times since getting my dogs gps tracker and its fast at responding to switching to "live." Shes strong and managed to snap a few leashes and collars above her weight class. Its accurate with distance. Plus the 24hr feature is a good "over the river and through the woods" visual when rehashing the story later when the anxiety is over and your dog is safe.

Great app to stop the worry and fruitless searching. Now I know where she is at all times. Light is cool too

Our dog has a habit of sneaking off as soon as you turn your head. Tractive and this app allow me to find him right away when he does that. The app also allows me peace of mind when we walk off leash on our heavily wooded 50+ acres - when I cant see him with my eyes, the app gives me reassurance by providing me with information- how far away he is and in what direction. It draws a red line wherever he goes, and I only have to keep the dot that is "me" (my phone) heading towards his dot and eventually Ill be able to find him & see him once again. No more screaming his name and panicking when I lose eye contact. LOVE it!

First off I just got this in the mail for my cat and dog, I put it on my cat and let him roam the neighborhood, come to find out the credit card info I out in over an Hour ago is STILL processing, and I guess until it goes thru "wont recognize the device" so I just sent my cat out with a device that tricked me into thinking I could track my animal when really the only thing that came out of this 120$ plus next day shipping was, its RESPONSIBLE for my cat now being lost. When I hit "live" it wont recognize the device, so now my cats out there somewhere and I cant track him because Im going on 3 hours now, and its "still processing" (the credit card is fine) Im extremely upset right now.

I love the ability I have to know where my cat is when he is outside. However, the double charge for the monthly fee bites. I must have missed that in my research but youre required to pay a monthly fee for $9.99 to the GPS provider and $5.99 to the tracking app.

So far has lost signal a couple of times tracking my Bengal, but has been accurate enough for me to bring him back home.
